Try this tasty recipe with only few ingredients. You are less than half an hour away from a healthy burger!
Ingridients:
- 0,5 kg of minced meat
- salt, pepper, garlic
- ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard
- fresh onions and a head of lettuce
- 4 buns
Procedure:
- slice and chop the onion
- add the choped onion, garlic and pepper to the meat and mix well
- form 4 patties
- heat the oil in the pan
- put the patties on the hot oil and let them be for 5 min, sprinkle the solt on the top
- turn the pattis and fry them for another 5 minutes
- asamble the hamburger with lettuce, sliced onions and sauces on your taste (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard)
